Qmin, the gourmet culinary and food delivery platform from Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) commenced the Carnival festivities in the capital city with a traditional float parade from Taj Resort & Convention Centre in Dona Paula to Samba Square in Panaji. The event witnessed a procession of dancers in festooned costumes and vibrantly decked performances led by the Qmin Food Truck.
Speaking on the initiative, Vincent Ramos, Area Director – IHCL, Goa who is also a part of the Panaji Carnival organizing committee said, “IHCL, Goa has always been synonymous with the cultures and traditions of Goa. We are glad to be celebrating one of the most coveted festivals with our fellow Goenkars. In the spirit of revelry, Qmin – our food delivery platform will be participating in the culinary extravaganza. The menu is priced at an extremely affordable range to celebrate the efforts of the city.”
The menu offers a blend of comfort food and signature preparations including Chicken Cafreal Poie Pocket, Beef Pattice, Goan Sausage Roll and Masala Vada Pav to name a few. The food truck will extend its services at the Samba Square from 26th February to 1st March, 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Qmin delivers a repertoire of culinary experiencesusing the highest quality of ingredients with an enhanced focus on maintaining stringent safety and hygiene protocols.
