Dr Caitanno Fernaandes elected as President of Goa Football Association

Dr Caitanno Fernaandes and his panel won a resounding victory at the Goa Football Association elections held recently. He received 83 votes out of 159 and had contested against Savio Alemao and Welvin Menezes. Dr Caitanno has been associated with football for a long time and is the President of Football Club Tuem as well as a member of the Goa Football Development Council. Along with being an avid football fan, he is the Founder and Director of CAM Industrial Services, a business involved in sanitation and waste management services. As President of GFA, Dr Caitanno says that his priority will be to kick start the Goa Pro League as soon as possible and is willing to sponsor the league. Caitanno will be assisted by Jonathan de Sousa who was elected as VP North and Antonio Pango, VP South.
