Fine wine producer, Big Banyan wines organised a casual tete-a-tete over canapes and wine at Black Sheep Bistro with their Italian Vintner, Lucio Matricardi, recently. The event was attended by the top bosses of the food and beverage industry like Saurav Khanna – General Manager of Park Hotels, Chef Patrick Albert from Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts, Milton Barretto of Casa Barretto wines, Aditi Malhotra, food and wine blogger, among others. The evening was spent in light and fun filled spirits as Lucio introduced the guests to the brand’s latest young and fruity L’angoor red and white wines, as he took the guests through a tasting of the Big Banyan Chardonnay, Rosa Rossa and Cabernet Sauvignon. The food and wine were paired perfectly with a special mention to the prawn plancha that paired beautifully with the Big Banyan Rosa Rossa. Last on the list was a taste of the Bellissima Late Harvest Muscat.
