IHCL’s acclaimed gastro pub launched at Aguada

This marks the celebrated brand’s debut in Goa at Taj Holiday Village Resort and Spa

House of Nomad, the acclaimed gastro pub, from Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, now boasts of a new address in Goa. Located at Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, one of Goa’s leading luxury beach resorts, this marks the brand’s debut at India’s popular sea-side destination. Easily accessible for those exploring North Goa, guests can enjoy a melange of innovative cocktails while immersing themselves in Indo-Portuguese architectural heritage and picturesque views.

This second outpost of House of Nomad, which opened its first gastro bar in Mumbai at Taj Lands End, will offer guests an elite selection of international cocktails with trademark local flavours reflecting Goa’s vibrant spirit. Be it the ‘No Sleep Nomad’ or the ‘Coffee infused Dukshiri’, guests can pair their cocktails with finger food such as ‘Rissois de Camarao’, ‘Chorizo Poi Sliders’ and more. Made from the freshest of local ingredients, the menu will reflect the perfect amalgamation of glocal flavours.

Weaving in the power of new age technology, what will truly set the guests experience at House of Nomad apart is the interactive tabletop experience and immersive lounge. Consumers can interact with touch activated screens to arrive at the perfect cocktail suited to their palette and discover a symphony of flavour at the immersive lounge creating a truly sensory experience.
