Despite thriving in her legal career, Shilpa felt a strong pull to return to her roots in Goa. She moved back in 2013 and pursued a career in litigation for a few years before discovering her passion for entrepreneurship.
Sailee, a graduate from Dhempe College with a master’s degree from St. Xavier’s College, initially worked in conventional 9-to-5 roles. However, she soon realised that the routine did not align with her aspirations, as she sought out more unconventional and dynamic opportunities. When Shilpa presented the idea of TBL Goa, Sailee was excited by the concept and decided to join her in creating a venture that would allow them both to explore their shared passion for travel and entrepreneurship.
