Shenaya Pereira and Evaristo Rodrigues were bestowed with the Young Achievers Awards by Tiatr Academy of Goa (TAG) on November 16, which is also the birth anniversary of the First Lady of the Tiatr Stage, late Regina Fernandes, that TAG celebrates annually to commemorate her life. Pereira and Rodrigues have contributed significantly towards the Konkani musical theatre. The Chief Guest for the event was Tomazinho Cardozo, former Speaker of Goa Legislative Assembly and former President of Tiatr Academy of Goa. Former President and Vice-President of TAG, Menino Fernandes, also known as Menin de Bandar and Socorro Fernandes were also present at the function.
