The world’s smallest chef arrives at Grand Hyatt Goa

Le Petit Chef makes his grand debut in Goa

Grand Hyatt Goa has announced the arrival of Le Petit Chef, the world’s tiniest culinary maestro, who has taken the internet by storm since 2015. This extraordinary theatrical dining experience will leave you captivated and mesmerized.

Third Course – India-Butter Lobster.

The little chef makes his grand debut in Goa, where guests will embark on a journey filled with 3D mapping marvels and delectable cuisines, all from the comfort of their seat.

Drawing inspiration from the legendary Marco Polo’s Asian adventures, patrons will traverse the Silk Road alongside Grand Hyatt Goa’s miniature French chef. The immersive dining adventure features five exclusive six-course set menus and an enchanting visual production, where guests will witness Marco Polo’s discoveries come to life, all while savoring a feast fit for royalty. Guests will accompany Le Petit Chef through his culinary journey from France to Arabia, to India, to the Himalayas, to China, and back to France.

Sixth Course – France – Crème brûlée

The show is paired with themed music,  props, and an exquisite menu. A miniature chef comes to life on your dinner table, all through the magic of visual mapping. By mapping your dining table and the objects on it (e.g. your plates and cutlery), a virtual story is projected onto the tabletop. The 3D effect is often thought of as a hologram or a 3D
projection. In fact the use of special optical techniques, length distortions from the right angle produce the effect or illusion of 3D.

Second Course – Arabia- Shanklish and haloumi filo

For maximum fun – leave your stress outside and find your inner child and explorer. Why only eat the food of the 5 countries when you can engage in their dining culture as well! Since there is a combination of cinema and theatre into the dining experience, some things will be different then a normal restaurant. It will have elements of the cinema and theatre in – for example:
a) There will be a start and end time – once the show starts, you are not able revisit any missed parts. Also, you will move along at the pace of the group. There will be time for eating and going to next course – so there cannot be one person holding the group by taking two hours to eat a single course (Grand Hyatt Goa wants to share 6 courses with you).
b) This dining journey will be done as a group. You may be sitting with people you do not know (yet) on the same table. Do be friendly; they are fellow dining travellers like you who enjoy a fun dining experience. Maybe wish them a few local words from the regions we travel to.

First Course-France- Zuppa di Pesce
