Students of Goa Business School, MBA (Human Resource) held an interactive session at Goa Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (GIPARD) recently. The purpose of the program was to provide exposure to students on the practices followed by bureaucratic leaders to build successful organisations.
Samuel Mathew, a well know bureaucratc, conveyed that change is not easy, motivation cannot come externally, it has to come from within and everyone should put in the hard work needed to progress. He also put forth the point that a leader should never feel satisfied by what is accomplished but should look for what’s next
