With a view to enhancing customer experience, Shobha Jewellers hosted a first-of-its-kind birthstone session on August 25 and 26 in their showroom in Panjim. The event was held in collaboration with India’s celebrity gemologist, Vastu, Fengshui and Astro expert Dr Rupa Batra. Birthstones are a fun, popular and colourful area of gemology and resonate with all audiences regardless of gender, age, nationality or religion. According to Shreyas Lotlikar, MD, Shobha Jewellers, “The event was a huge success. This was the first time such an event was held in Goa and hosted by a jeweller. We got a fantastic response for both days. We had clients from all parts of Goa like Ponda, Margao, Canacona, Marcel, Pernem and Vasco, who attended this event.
