Shalom Sardinha, a Curtorim based lawyer, will be King Momo for Carnaval 2020, and will kick start Carnaval festivities in the state on February 22. Shalom has completed his Mechanical Engineering, has done his MBA from the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) and LLB as well. He has been an university champion for lawn tennis in 2001, 2002 and has represented Goa in basketball. Shalom, has won umpteen numbers of competitions in music, singing debates and dramatics. He was also King Momo for the carnival in 2016 and King Momo on Henry’s Music Café float in 2000. Shalom says, “I have always believed that you should live life king size and always smile, regardless of your situation. This is because a genuine smile can open a lot of hearts and minds”
