Goa Marriott Resort and Spa has appointed Sandeep Kaul as Director of Operations. With strong experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry, Sandeep Kaul will be responsible for setting up the overall operations of the 190 rooms, food and beverage, and spa division of the resort.
Sandeep will be in charge of hotel operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, enhancing customer experiences, maximizing hotel revenue, developing innovative cost-effective strategies, and achieving award-winning excellence with his team. Sandeep brings to the table over 18 years of extensive experience in the hospitality sector, having worked with well-known brands both domestically and overseas. As the first Marriott property in India, he aims at aligning the resort’s operations to provide great guest experiences. When not working, he enjoys playing cricket, driving, watching films, and spending time with his family.
