Rowena Mascarenhas, an accomplished leader from Saligao, Goa, has been recognised as one of Washington DC’s top women leaders for 2024 by Women We Admire. Serving as the Executive Director of The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE) Boston, Rowena has amassed over 25 years of diverse professional experience, earning praise for her excellence in corporate, academic, and non-profit sectors. Acknowledging her remarkable achievements, Women We Admire highlighted Rowena’s ability to navigate multicultural, local, and global environments, emphasising her proficiency in effective communication, partnership development, and relationship building. Expressing her gratitude, Rowena attributed her success to the support of mentors and the remarkable women who guided her throughout her journey.
