BNI Goa was launched in April 2010 by Rajkumar Kamat, Founder and Managing Director of EP Kamat Group. Though Rajkumar may have sown the seeds of BNI in Goa and has been overseeing its overall progress in the State, BNI Goa has been nurtured and grown by many of its passionate BNI stalwarts, who have enthusiastically volunteered their valuable time, experience and efforts to bring it to the level that it has reached today.

Parag Loliyekar embarked on his professional journey as a software developer in Bangalore, the thriving IT hub of India. However, his deep affection for Goa eventually drew him back to his hometown. Unfortunately, the IT sector in Goa had limited prospects at the time, prompting him to take a bold leap into the printing and packaging industry. As a first-generation entrepreneur, he takes immense pride in owning two successful printing and packaging businesses: Sai Art and Paragraphics. Over the past two decades, his unwavering passion and dedication has been instrumental in the growth and prosperity of these ventures. With the exceptional support of his team, they have emerged as one of the leading printing and packaging firms in Goa.
Joining BNI proved to be a transformative milestone in his entrepreneurial journey. Presently, a significant majority of his business originates from BNI, which has also served as a platform for nurturing his leadership abilities. During his 12-year tenure in BNI, he has had the privilege of assuming various leadership roles, continuously refining his skills, and making meaningful contributions to the organisation’s development
In 2011, one of his clients introduced him to BNI, a global network organisation that fosters business growth through word-of-mouth referrals. Joining BNI proved to be a transformative milestone in his entrepreneurial journey. Presently, a significant majority of his business originates from BNI, which has also served as a platform for nurturing his leadership abilities. During his 12-year tenure in BNI, he has had the privilege of assuming various leadership roles, continuously refining his skills, and making meaningful contributions to the organisation’s development. He would like to express his gratitude to his mentor, Rajkumar Kamat, executive director of BNI Goa, for entrusting in him with diverse leadership responsibilities.
The BNI system facilitates the development of new leaders every six months. Currently, he holds the position of Area Director of Operations for BNI Goa, overseeing 14 chapters comprising a collective membership of over 830 business entrepreneurs. His primary focus is to foster business growth among the members and onboard new businesses to harness the benefits offered by BNI. The philosophy of BNI, ‘Givers Gain’ is his greatest motivation in helping businesses grow themselves mutilfolds. His vision for the organisation is to empower every member to achieve additional 1 crore rupees in revenue through their association with BNI.
