Wooden Homes India launches their new venture, The ENZO DIY Space, which offers a way to make pre-fab technology a fun experience
Caesar Fernandes’ venture, Wooden Homes India began as a means to set standards in pre-fabricated wooden homes in the prefab (pre-fabrication) industry. The Company manufactures pre-fabricated wooden cottages and homes, and were the first to start one of its kind modern manufacturing facilities in India.
Wooden Homes India provides various products and services apart from their customised wooden cottages. They deal in allied products like furniture, bio-digester which is DRDO approved, Kessel Oil and Grease separator.
The USP of Wooden Homes India which sets them apart from others in a similar business is the technique and technology, quality of materials used, method of construction, service timelines and the after sale services provided.
Wooden Homes India has launched its first ENZO DIY Space. This is a concept where one can assemble their own space for oneself.
These spaces are smartly designed and one can customise their space with minimum alteration, change of orientation or build an extension.
The Enzo model is sold with 5 different options consisting of:
a. Base frame with cement board flooring / wooden flooring as an option.
b. Smart cabin option (complete automation with Alexa integration).
c. Standard Electrical with smart automation option.
d. Fixed Furniture Option.
e. Fixed Sanitary Option.
In the first phase, they have launched ‘The Enzo Guest Cottage’ (ideal for a farm, back yard space or a beach cottage) which is a top-of-the-line model covering all options.
The Enzo Guest Cottage will be followed by:
a) Enzo Living Space (outdoor dining, outdoor guest living, or family living)
b) Enzo Office / Enzo Den (home office, site office or a den for yourself).
Wooden Homes India started small and was established in 2008. Their first container with 7 cottages took them 2 years to sell. Some of their first valued clients were Anthony Lopes from Indian Kitchen, Baga; Franky Viegas from Aryans, Vagator; Alvin Fernandes from Montego Bay, Morjim and Pramod Rane from La Cabana, Ashvem. Wooden Homes have their presence panIndia with projects in states like Tripura, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Telangana, Delhi, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andaman Islands; and of course, Goa. Their latest unique projects can be seen in North Goa at LaRiSa Resort in Ashvem and Buena Vida in Morjim and The Ark Comforts at Palolem in South Goa.
With their one-of-a-kind villa projects range from 1300 sq. ft to 4500 sq. ft., Wooden Homes India has made a mark across the country with clients like Amancio D’Souza from Thivim and Sumeet Chakraborty from Raia in Goa; Ved Nalla from Hyderabad; Sangma and George Marak, both in Meghalaya. Being one of the first in the country to manufacture wooden cottages with the process of automation, beating conventional building time lines, Wooden Homes India is now planning to be the first in the county to supply ENZO DIY Spaces.
