The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector has emerged as a highly vibrant and dynamic sector in India. To ensure high growth and productivity for Goan MSME businesses, Laghu Udyog Bharati (LUB) Goa Chapter will be hosting the Goa MSME Adhiveshan on 6th January 2023 from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. The event will feature sessions by Union Ministers and Industrial experts on MSME Policies, Business Branding Tools, Technology for Business Automation, Identifying Non-Conventional Sources of Finance, Why and How of Exports, Action Plans for Growth of MSMEs and Business Opportunities for MSMEs during Amritkal, and much more in the august presence of Dr. Pramod Sawant, Chief Minister of Goa, Narayan Rane, Union Minister for MSME, Dr. Bhagwat Karad, Union Minister of State for Finance and Mauvin Godinho, Minister of Industries & Transportation (Goa).

The event will follow the timeline of the agenda in the presence of the dignitaries with Live Sessions by Union Ministers, Networking with 500+ MSMEs across Goa, Sessions by Industrial Experts on Latest MSME Policies, Learning the latest in Technology for Business Automation, Simple Tools for Business Branding. The honorary speakers will commence the sessions of Identifying Non-Conventional Sources of Finance, Panel discussion with Industrial Leaders, Business Opportunities for MSMEs during Amritkal, and Ask the Experts.

To raise awareness of the event’s vision, Ravindra Sonawane, National Vice President of LUB, Rajkumar Kamat, State President of LUB Goa, Manoj Patil, State Vice President of LUB Goa, Arman Bankley, State General Secretary of LUB Goa, Mudit Agarwaal, State Jt. Secretary of LUB Goa, Rakesh Kumar, Assistant General Manager, Head – Retail & Mid Corporate Centre, Punjab National Bank – Goa. & Mandar Mhapsekar, State Treasurer of LUB Goa, briefed the media.

Rajkumar Kamat, State President of LUB Goa, addressed the media regarding the vision of the event “We want to give Goan MSMEs the opportunities to grow in their industry. Goa is a business-centric state, and while many businesses are already flourishing; many more are upcoming hence this event will hold the answer to many questions for business owners and entrepreneurs alike. We at LUB envision every business owner to grow and scale their business with the right knowledge with the help of countless experts and sources”

Kamat further added that “While GSIA and GCCI are doing a great job of engaging with the State Government, there is a need to also take up MSME-related issues with the Central Government. The LUB Goa will be primarily focusing on this aspect as well as supporting the growth of MSMEs in Goa.”
