The 12th edition of the Business Goa Awards was celebrated with splendour, honouring 23 awardees at a magnificent ceremony that applauded excellence in business

With a distinct and remarkable goal of being the ‘Voice of Business in Goa,’ Business Goa magazine celebrated the 12th edition of the Business Goa awards with much brilliance and glamour. The ceremony was graced by the presence of many prominent personalities of the business world.
Having awarded more than 305 persons till date, Business Goa Awards for Corporate Excellence is one of the most coveted business award events in Goa. It celebrates and honours those individuals and businesses that have made massive contributions in the social and economic growth of the State.
The keynote speaker for the awards show was Anthony de Sa, IAS, former Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh. While congratulating the organisers and award winners, he spoke on how Goa has so much more to offer people in terms of an educational and health hub.
The Business Goa Awards 2024 saw 23 awardees being acknowledged for their efforts in the realm of hospitality, real estate, business, trade, technology, and excellence. The awards encompassed various personalities, businesses, and companies that have achieved significant milestones in the socio-economic ecosystem of Goa. Some of the best and brightest minds in the State were honoured for their contributions to business and excellence in the four categories of the Awards – Hospitality, Excellence, Best Companies, and Final Honours.
The winners in the Hospitality category were Kokum Curry (Best in Goan Cuisine); C2C (Best in Coastal Cuisine); Fortune Miramar (City Hotel of the Year); Heritage Village Resort and Spa (Best Standalone Upscale Resort); Rock Valley Goa (Nature Resort of the Year); and Rahul Gomes Pereira (Chef of The Year).
The winners in the Excellence category were Mahesh Pai (Business Consultant of the Year); Philu Martins (Fashion Designer of the Year); Vithal Pawar (Service to Business); Rajesh Pednekar (Excellence in Cinema); Savio Fernandes (Architect of the Year); and Sachin Surlikar (Excellence in Journalism).
The winners in the Best Companies category were WAGLE’S (Real Estate Company of the Year); Victor Hospital (Healthcare Brand of the Year); Fun Cruises (Tourism Brand of the Year); Kaizen (Wellness Brand of the Year); Farm Express (Food Processing Company of the Year); NAD (Fashion Brand of the Year); and The Trash Co. (Startup of the Year).
The awardees in the Final Honours category were Rohan Bhandare (Young Turk); Dr Harshad Kamat (Professional
of the Year); Sanjay Patil (Changemaker of the Year); and Manas Developers (Brand of the Year).
