Grand Hyatt Goa in collaboration with Harley Davidson Owners Group – Goa recently organized the 6th annual Santa Run through the streets of the capital city and the scenic routes of Old Goa, all the way to the resort. Organized in partnership with the Goa State Commission for Protection of Child Rights and Human Touch Foundation, this year’s memorable charity event aimed to bring joy and cheer to the lives of Kathkari Tribal Children.
The festive ride commenced in the early hours of a Saturday morning, with the assembly of over 40 Harley Davidson enthusiasts from various corners of Goa. Dressed as Santa Claus, they revved their engines and paraded through the streets, creating a thrilling and joyous spectacle for onlookers.
While the ride officially concluded at Grand Hyatt Goa; the merriment continued with an elaborate festive breakfast spread, carol singing by kids from Bethesda Life Centre and awe-inspiring performances by Katya Ivanova to underline the true spirit of the season. The Palace Lawn hosted a brief inaugural ceremony, including the felicitation of riders and best dressed bikes while Santa Claus distributed gifts that brought smiles to the faces of the children. The celebrations also included a special kid’s Christmas party, featuring engaging activities and experiences ranging from sailing in the calm waters of Bambolim Bay to horse riding on the rolling green lawns of the resort. The event proved to be the perfect conclusion to a cheerful and merry morning, spreading smiles and holiday cheer throughout the community.
