The elections for the post of President and 14 Managing Committee Members for the Term 2021-23 were announced and nominations were invited from 6th May 2021. The last day for receipt of nominations was 22nd May 2021.
In all, 2 nominations, both favoring Mr. Ralph de Sousa, were received for the post of President.
Ralph de Sousa was earlier elected unopposed as President for the term 2021-23.
For the 14 posts for the Managing Committee, in all 17 nominations were received. 3 of these nominations were withdrawn by 31st May 2021 (last day for withdrawal of nominations) within closing hours of the secretariat.
Thus there were only 14 nominations for 14 posts and hence all the 14 nominees are declared as elected unopposed.
