ADVANCED INVESTMENT BY FRONTLINE MANAGED SERVICES IN GOA OFFERS CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN LEGAL TECH

The largest managed service provider for the legal sector in the world, Frontline Managed Services, has announced new investment in Goa, India.

After expanding to over 300 employees in the previous four years and increasing recruitment in Goa, Frontline Managed Services is adding 5,000 square feet (over their existing 7,500 square feet in Goa).

Frontline Managed Services has leased an extra 5,000 square feet of office space in Porvorim, Goa, on the CHOGM road at Alvaro Avenue (first floor), and is currently searching for additional building spaces to accommodate its significant growth and support ongoing hiring for its award-winning IT Managed Services offerings. The new office space has been extensively renovated as part of the expansion to include new furniture, technology, a video wall with over 36 displays for 24-hour surveillance, and new employee areas. Frontline Managed Services has upgraded its already top-notch benefits package as part of its recruitment efforts in the region, in addition to making improvements to the operations in Goa.

This includes paid leave, health insurance coverage, coverage for doctor and lab visits, professional development and skill training, five-day work weeks, all U.S. federal holidays off, exposure to international processes and technologies, and integration into an international team.

Frontline Managed Services is actively looking for candidates to cover a variety of available roles, including senior network and systems engineers, analysts of legal compliance, specialists in e-billing and accounts receivable, among many others.

Last year, Frontline discussed expansion potential in Goa and promised that within a year they would have hired at least 100 more people. And they have performed admirably this year.

At Frontline Managed Services, Seelin Naidoo holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. A diversified and progressive leadership team has been developed at the company under Seelin’s direction since he joined in 2004.
In 2012, Seelin oversaw the acquisition and integration of Intelliteach, leading the company through a successful business transition.

The company’s fastest-growing division is led by Suzanne Zimmerman, Vice President of Financial Services, who is also in charge of the expansion of the Goa branch’s financial services division.

In India, Pradeep Mainkar is the Director of Managed IT Services. He was instrumental in leading the NOC team in the creation of a process-driven, scalable department.

Joshua Silveira, who holds the position of Director of Operations in India, played a key role in establishing the operation by driving the development of the business, its offices, and its compliances to the point where they are now.
