Ricardo is a talented and confident hospitality management professional with over 22 years of experience. He specialises in new hotel projects and pre-opening, food and beverage concepts and operations, revenue management, profit maximisation, competition benchmarking, sales and marketing and overall quality assurance.
He has been with Fortune Hotels as General Manager for the last eight years. In his current role Ricardo will oversee the operations of four hotels and one pre-opening hotel. He will also represent the brand through participation in industry related events, promotions and any other pertinent vehicles to achieve market leadership, strengthen the brand synergy and acquire new alliances.
