At the recently concluded CII Young Indians Goa Chapter Annual Session, the following have been nominated as the Chair and Co-Chair of Young Indians – Goa Chapter respectively for the year 2021.
Jayesh M. Raikar
Jayesh holds a Master’s in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Leadership from California State University: Fullerton, CA – Steven Mihaylo College of Business & Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Western Michigan University: Kalamazoo, MI – Haworth College of Business. He is the Director of Goldy Finepacks Pvt. Ltd. a manufacturer of primary packaging products for the Pharmaceutical industry and Goldy Auto Stampings (I) Pvt. Ltd. involved in manufacturing of precision components for the Automotive Ride Control industry and also manufacturing of Electrical panels for Electrical & Construction Industry. He is responsible for looking after entire business operations of the company and developing Strategy and Business plans for the organisation.
Jayesh has also had stints at Philips Medical Systems (Bellevue, WA, USA) and Artic Collections, Inc. (Boston, MA, USA). He is currently involved with various organisations like Confederation of Indian Industry, Goa Chamber of Commerce, Goa State Industries Association, Goa Cricket Association and Margao Cricket Club. He has got interests in playing Cricket and several other sports, Travelling, Listening Music & watching movies and to serve the society at large. He is married to Dr. Priyanka Raikar and has two children.
Vaikunth S Dempo
Vaikunth is the Director of Dempo Marketing Company Private Limited and Founder, Vaikunth S. Dempo Ventures. Vaikunth holds a Bachelors in Computer Application, Batch of 2012, MITSoM-Pune – University of Pune and MSc in Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship, 2013, University of Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. His Professional experience spans to 7 years as Director of Dempo Marketing Company Private Limited.
Vaikunth was a delegate at G20 YEA Fukuoka 2019 and a Delegate at UK-India Week – Leaders’ Summit. His has got interests in Technology Updates, Aviation, Travel, Sports and Fitness, His Hobbies are Travel, Football, Spirituality, Hiking and Networking
