Celebrating Goa’s Business Stars

The 14th edition of the Business Goa Awards was celebrated with splendour, honouring 28 awardees at a magnificent ceremony that applauded excellence in entrepreneurship

The KINECO presents Business Goa Awards 2025 for Corporate Excellence was held on 30th April 2026 in a splendid function at Novotel Goa Panjim. With a distinct and remarkable goal of being the ‘Voice of Business in Goa,’ Business Goa magazine celebrated the 14th edition of the Business Goa Awards with much brilliance and glamour. The ceremony was graced by the presence of many prominent personalities of Goa’s business world.

Having awarded more than 330 business leaders, entrepreneurs, till date, The Business Goa Awards for Corporate Excellence is one of the most coveted and anticipated events in Goa. It celebrates and honours those individuals and businesses that have made significant contributions in the social and economic growth of the State.

The Keynote Speaker for the Awards was Ritu Beri, India’s first lady of Fashion. While congratulating the organisers, she said that awards are not just about achievement, they are about responsibilty because when one is recognised, one becomes visible. And when one becomes visible, one becomes influential which is a very powerful thing. She further said that success is not measured by what one manages to accumulate, it is measured by what one leaves behind.

The Business Goa Awards 2026 saw 28 awardees being acknowledged for their contribution in hospitality, real estate, business, trade, technology, and excellence. The Awards encompassed various personalities, businesses, companies and brands that have achieved remarkable milestones in the socio-economic ecosystem of Goa.

Some of the best and brightest minds in the State were honoured for their strides in business and excellence in the four categories of the Awards – Hospitality, Excellence, Best Companies, and Top Honours.

The winners in the Hospitality category were Petisco (Best in Fusion Cuisine); Terminal Banquets (Banquets Brand of the Year); Martins Corner (Best in Goan Cuisine); Novotel Goa Panjim (Upscale Hotel of the Year); and Chef Edridge Vaz (Chef of the Year).

The winners in the Excellence category were Raju Nayak (Excellence in Journalism); Rajendra Kerkar (Environmental Excellence Award); Aastha’s Centre of Excellence for Persons with Disabilities (Social Impact Award); People’s High School (Excellence in Education) Sagar Naik Mule (Promoting Kaavi Art); Dr Caitanno Fernaandes (Sports Administrator of the Year); Varad Samant (Excellence in Agriculture); and Gomant Vidya Niketan (Cultural Organisation of the Year).

The winners in the Best Companies category were Sarth Ayurveda Retreat and Wellness Centre (Wellness Brand of the Year); P S Engineers (Engineering Excellence Award); Model’s Construction (Iconic Real Estate Brand); Audi Goa (Luxury Automobile Brand); Desserts n More (Confectionery Brand of the Year); The Handy Goa (Automation Brand of the Year); Hodi Innovations (Ship Building Company of the Year); M/s R.B.S. Candiaparcar (Home Grown Construction Company Award); Telhado India Pvt Ltd (Premium Roofing Solutions); and The Good Life Goa (Lifestyle Store of the Year).

The awardees in the Top Honours category were Raghu K Pikale (Service to Business); Chalo (Startup of the Year); Snigdha Manchanda (Entrepreneur of the Year); Pratima Dhond (Women Empowerment Award); and Manoj Chacko (Business Leader of the Year).

KINECO was the title sponsor while Big Banner Entertainment and Media LLP, Assess Build Chem, NRB Group, Alcon Victor Group, Tangentia, Wooden Homes India, CITIHOMES Realty, Mahesh Pai’s Financial Hub, Kotak and Abaca were the associate partners. Paul John was the spirits partner, Novotel Goa Panjim was the venue partner and AdCity was the outdoor advertising partner. The host for the evening was startup entrepreneur Swapnil Kamat, who hosted the event for the twelth time, in the 14-year journey of Goa’s most respected Awards night.
