The monsoons was welcomed with yet another Kebab and Cocktail festival at the Crown Goa recently. The enticing aroma of succulent kebabs and refreshing cocktails greeted the connoisseur.
The festival offered a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebabs, from the delicate Bhatti Ki Dhingri to the heartier Jugal-Bandi kebab; all served with a complimentary cocktail.
The Master Chef with his culinary brigade put out a feast for the taste buds. The fine meats, grilled, roasted and pounded with saffron and yogurt perfected to feed the Royal Darbar.
